01. HOW DO I MAKE A BOOKING ONLINE?
Enter correct details in each section of the booking form: Flight details Address of destination Lead passengers full name Please enter origin if different than Faro Airport. Please also specify if wheelchair transport is required.
02. WHAT HAPPENS WHEN I MAKE A RESERVATION?
You will receive a confirmation voucher in your email. Please print it and deliver it to the driver at the airport or in the beginning of the journey.
03. I DID NOT RECEIVE A CONFIRMATION RESPONSE. WHAT SHOULD I DO?
Confirm you have entered all your details correctly on the booking form. Please contact us as soon as possible and we will be very pleased to assist you.
04. THE PRICES SHOWN ARE PER PERSON OR PER TRANSFER?
The prices are per transfer.
05. HOW CAN I PAY FOR THE TRANSFER?
Reservations online allow you to pay by PayPal account. Cash payments may be made to the driver on arrival payable in euros only.
06. I WANT TO CANCEL MY BOOKING, HOW DO I CANCEL?
You may cancel your booking 48 hours prior to transfer time.
07. I DECIDED TO BOOK A HOLIDAY AT LAST MINUTE AND NEED A TRANSFER?
You may book online, by phone, 24 hours prior to arrival.
08. I CANNOT FIND MY DRIVER, VEHICLE OR PICK-UP POINT ON ARRIVAL?
Please contact the number as specified on the voucher.
09. WILL THE TRANSFER BE DIRECT OR STOP EN-ROUTE?
Your journey will be direct as we offer a private transfer service.
10. MY FLIGHT IS DELAYED WHAT DO I DO?
Our office has direct access to information regarding flight delays or cancellations. Our driver will be aware of any changes and await your arrival.
11. DO YOU PROVIDE CAR SEATS/BOOSTER SEATS FOR CHILDREN?
Yes. Child car seats are included in the transfer service. Request by e-mail at time of reservation indicating the ages of the children.
12. WHAT IS THE BAGGAGE ALLOWANCE?
Each passenger may carry one suitcase and one item of hand luggage, not including golf bags. If you carry extra luggage or have special requirements, please do not forget to send us an email so we can arrange the transfer in the appropriate vehicle.
13. THE DRIVER SPEAKS ENGLISH?
Yes. Driver speaks fluent English.
14. THE PASSENGERS HAVE INSURANCE?
Yes. All passengers insurance is provided.
